Dynatrace Observability Consultant

Atos Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynatrace Observability Consultant/Architect to design, implement, and manage observability solutions using Dynatrace. The role is approximately 10–20% architecture work, with the remainder focused on consultancy and data analysis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynatrace observability solutions to monitor and analyze complex systems, applications, and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define observability strategies, and develop monitoring plans.
• Provide architectural guidance and document solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead architectures covering system, application, technology, security, and business domains.
• Conduct performance assessments and optimizations to improve reliability and scalability.
• Maintain architectural diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in observability, monitoring, architecture, and cloud.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Dynatrace observability solutions.
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Dynatrace, cloud, or architecture certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or cloud-native observability platforms.
• Knowledge of Python or Bash scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps practices.
