NIKE, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Supervisor - Late Shift for its European Logistics Campus in Ham, Belgium. The campus operates five distribution centers supplying Nike products to customers throughout the EMEA region.
Working with the team
The Ham campus operates fixed early and late shifts alongside regular shift schedules. You will alternate weekly between the A and B shifts and work with fixed late-shift colleagues, the distribution manager and fellow coaches. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, planning, maintenance and IT.

What you will do
As Distribution Supervisor, you will drive daily operational processes within one of five distribution centers. You will lead approximately 20–25 warehouse employees and take a hands-on approach to managing people, processes and continuous improvement.
- Direct daily operations so orders are processed on time, accurately and completely.
- Start each shift with a team meeting, communicate daily objectives and assign tasks.
- Analyze operational data and take proactive action to achieve goals.
- Build strong relationships across diverse teams and provide individual and team-level coaching and feedback.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance and ensure effective task allocation.
- Manage vacation planning and attendance follow-up.
- Encourage new ideas and implement structural process improvements.

There is no relocation support. Candidates must already live in Belgium. No company car is included in the salary package.
