Who You’ll Work With

The Director, PHK Services will lead across Nike’s workplace services ecosystem, partnering with teams across Corporate Real Estate, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Security, Communications, Technology, business leadership teams, and external provider networks to deliver a seamless, differentiated campus experience.

Who We Are Looking For

Nike is looking for a strategic, enterprise-minded people-leader who can define and execute the vision, integration, and performance of the PHK Services portfolio. This leader brings a strong balance of long-term strategic thinking, operational excellence, commercial acumen, and executive influence across a highly matrixed environment.

  • 10+ years of directly relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Experience leading complex workplace, hospitality, facilities, mobility, events, sport services, employee experience, or integrated services portfolios.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, build trusted partnerships, and align diverse stakeholders across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong financial and commercial leadership experience, including supplier strategy, contract negotiations, performance management, budget stewardship, and value creation.
  • Experience using data, analytics, employee insights, financial management, and operational metrics to guide decisions and improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Work On

  • Define, integrate, and drive Nike’s PHK Services strategy and operating model.
  • Develop and execute the long-term vision for PHK Services.
  • Lead an integrated portfolio including Food Services, Sport Services, Events, Workplace Experience, Mobility, and Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Establish governance, operating rhythms, and performance frameworks across service lines.
  • Design and implement future-state operating models that improve scalability, efficiency, accountability, service integration, and employee experience.
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across organizational design, workforce strategy, supplier ecosystems, governance structures, and service delivery models.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to influence decisions, align priorities, and lead communications for highly visible initiatives and organizational changes.
  • Oversee supplier partnerships, KPI frameworks, service-level agreements, performance reviews, commercial negotiations, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Spearhead the activation of experiences at the PHK Campus.
