Digital Engineering - Industrial Data & AI Managing Consultant

Your Role
You will join the Industrial Data & AI squad of the Digital Engineering team in Invent. As a Managing Consultant, you will help set direction and drive the business through data-driven insights.
You will design state-of-the-art architectures leveraging data and AI to improve clients’ operations and deliver sustained profitability, efficiency, quality and behavioural change improvements. You will collaborate with colleagues across Capgemini, including Engineering, Frog and Cambridge Consultants, to develop comprehensive business propositions.
You will also contribute to:
- Business Development: Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches and events.
- Internal Contribution: Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, recruitment, team activities and offering development.
- Learning & Development: Training, certifications and career development.
Your Profile
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with AWS and Azure Data & AI cloud microservices.
- Experience with Data & AI platforms such as Cognite Data Fusion, C3 AI, Hexagon or Palantir is beneficial.
- At least one cloud architecture certification, such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure or Databricks certification.
- Experience in Data Science and Analytics, with a track record of successfully delivered work across the machine learning lifecycle.
- Experience with Large Language Model architectures and techniques, including AI agents, GraphRAGs, fine-tuning and semantic grounding.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Asset-management knowledge in Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Utilities, Energy, Construction, FMCG or Life Sciences is beneficial.
