Tasks

Develop and optimize protocols for digital car key authentication and encryption, focusing on China-specific requirements.
Ensure compatibility with global and local industry standards, including CCC, ICCE, ICCOA, and private standards.
Integrate digital car key protocols with vehicle systems, including electronic control units and telematics units.
Develop hardware and software with local suppliers to ensure seamless integration of digital car key functionalities.
Cooperate with headquarters teams on cryptography immobilizer systems and security element design.
Lead and organize cross-functional teams, drive project progress, and ensure timely delivery of China-specific digital car key solutions.

Qualifications

University degree in mechanical, automotive, or electrical engineering.
Minimum two years of experience in the automotive industry, with specific experience in digital car key functions and project management.
Expertise in wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth Low Energy, NFC, and UWB.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience in backend development, smart card or IoT backend systems, and electronic design of vehicle products.
Familiarity with cryptography immobilizer systems and security element design.
Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
Native Chinese speaker with fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
Proficiency with computer and testing tools, including Microsoft Office, CANoe, Monaco, and preferably CAD/NX.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel within China and internationally.
