DevOps Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Team Lead to oversee and guide our DevOps team in building and maintaining robust infrastructure. This hands-on role includes designing Jenkins pipelines, deploying Kubernetes clusters, managing containers and pods, scripting automation tasks, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring the team in DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Jenkins pipelines to automate CI/CD processes.
• Oversee the installation, deployment, and management of Kubernetes clusters, containers, pods, and deployments.
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts, including Python scripts, to automate infrastructure and operational tasks.
• Implement and manage networking solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and networking issues.
• Mentor and guide the DevOps team, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and best practices.
• Implement monitoring solutions for system health, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate and deploy applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with hands-on contributions.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining Jenkins pipelines.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, including pods, deployments, and services.
• Practical experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages and operational automation.
• Strong networking knowledge, including DNS, load balancing, and firewall configuration.
• Proficiency with Git and hands-on CI/CD implementation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment security best practices.
