Your role

We are seeking a Project Support professional to support microwave programmes through structured documentation management, progress monitoring, acceptance coordination, and licensing activities, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting across delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and acceptance records.
• Support monitoring of rollout progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate acceptance, licensing, and compliance activities with stakeholders.
• Ensure document control, data accuracy, and timely approvals.
• Support internal and customer audits by maintaining complete and updated records.

Your profile

• Based in KSA, region to be confirmed, with full flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
• Experience in telecom project support, rollout governance, or PMO environments.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
