Department Manager/Coach NIKE Factory Store Torino

NIKE Retail is looking for a Department Manager/Coach to join the team at the NIKE Factory Store Torino. Coaches lead, instruct and motivate department employees, manage daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure compliance with NIKE standards.

Responsibilities

• Use exceptional customer service skills to provide a premium brand experience.
• Lead, coach and motivate department employees while maintaining an excellent working atmosphere.
• Manage daily department operations to achieve sales goals, including digital services, visual merchandising and the sales floor.
• Identify and improve areas based on customer feedback.
• Act as a NIKE brand ambassador, including through team training initiatives.
• Ensure the store follows NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with commercial partners across stores and with headquarters.
• Lead commercial activities, including product receipt, inventory accuracy, replenishment, visual presentation and monthly launch initiatives.
• Use reporting tools to make effective commercial decisions and maintain accurate inventory for digital orders.
• Support athlete experiences, NIKE Community Ambassador activities, hiring and onboarding, store scheduling and a positive NIKE culture.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide customer-service resources and training to the team.
• Use data and analytical tools to support continuous improvement with store management.

Qualifications

• Passion for NIKE and/or sport.
• More than two years of retail and/or leadership experience.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead and develop a strong team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

The annual base salary generally ranges from €32,000 to €48,000. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, skills and experience. NIKE, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
