Department Manager/Coach – NEW OPENING Nike Roma Outlet
NIKE Retail is seeking a Department Manager/Coach for the new Nike Roma Outlet in Sant'Oreste, RM. The Coach leads a department team, delivers an excellent customer experience, manages daily operations and supports sales objectives while ensuring Nike standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Use exceptional customer-service skills to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Lead, coach and motivate department employees and maintain an excellent working environment.
- Manage daily department operations and achieve sales objectives, including digital services, visual merchandising and the sales floor.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.
- Act as a Nike brand ambassador and support team training.
- Ensure the store complies with Nike standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with commercial partners across stores and with headquarters.
- Lead commercial operations, including product receipt, inventory accuracy, replenishment and visual presentation.
- Support Athlete Experience activities, hiring and onboarding, store scheduling and a positive Nike culture.
- Lead Consumer Experience activities, customer-service training, digital-service opportunities and continuous improvement through data and analytics.

Qualifications
- Passion for Nike and/or sport.
- More than two years of retail and/or leadership experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Experience and expertise in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lead and develop a strong team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
The annual base salary generally ranges from €32,000 to €48,000. Actual compensation varies according to qualifications, skills and experience. NIKE, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
