Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Train team members and implement Nike Service Principles.
  • Recruit, assess, onboard, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Equip store employees with the tools needed to succeed.
  • Lead store business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management.
  • Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
  • Build opportunities through community partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
  • One year of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Experience using tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time position requiring 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The overnight schedule is 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hourly rate ranges from $29.51 to $44.26, with the actual rate varying based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
