Department Manager
Behind every great team is a great coach. At NIKE, Department Managers are called Coaches and lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while ensuring team members feel included and supported.
You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment, guide customers, train your team, implement NIKE Service Principles, represent the NIKE brand and culture, drive store growth strategies, and build community partnerships.

Qualifications
- Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- One year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead a team and keep store functions running seamlessly
- Staff the store by attracting, assessing, and onboarding teammates
- Equip employees with tools to succeed in their daily responsibilities
- Lead team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management
- Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
