Department Manager - Nike Calhoun

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Department Manager, referred to as a Coach, at the Nike Factory Store in Calhoun, GA. You will lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring team members feel included and supported.

What you'll do

• Lead a team and help keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Attract, assess and onboard future teammates.
• Equip store employees with the tools needed to succeed.
• Lead team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership.
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
• Drive store growth strategies and develop community partnerships.
• Train your team and implement Nike Service Principles.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to use tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching and counseling.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed.
