Department Manager 2
Location: Primark, Derby
Salary: £42,055 with 31 days annual leave and pension
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Be responsible for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
- Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
- Provide a superior level of customer service.
- Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
- Oversee the store for the shift in the absence of senior management.
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a manager with proven leadership skills.
- The ability to view situations from a commercial perspective and think innovatively.
- The capability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive nature and determination to succeed.
