Your Role
- Work within agile, multidisciplinary squads to develop and evolve Data Science products with direct business impact, including customer value, churn, retention, and marketing optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap leveraging ML/AI.
- Design and plan solutions, including epics, user stories, and tasks.
- Build scalable data pipelines using GCP and develop, deploy, and monitor ML models in production.
- Ensure the performance, reliability, and business impact of ML/AI systems.
- Apply advanced techniques such as causal inference, probabilistic modeling, simulation, and NLP on real-world data.
Your Profile
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or ML roles in production environments.
- Strong programming and computer science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and model lifecycle, including building, deploying, and monitoring models.
- Experience with databases and data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and an impact-driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
