The Direction Master Data Services is looking for a Data Officer (data administrator) within its Static Data department.
Your team
The team is organized into two divisions: France and International (Luxembourg).
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to process daily operations managed by the Reference Data department, including:
- Creating, updating and controlling market data for financial instruments such as bonds, equities, warrants, CFDs, futures and options.
- Collecting information on financial instrument characteristics from providers including Bloomberg, SIX Financial, Reuters and Clearstream.
- Entering and updating information daily in dedicated databases, including issue dates, maturity dates, first coupon dates, calculation bases and coupon schedules.
- Checking the consistency and quality of information in the databases.
- Investigating, analyzing and resolving anomalies, including issues blocking downstream systems.
- Retrieving security events and monitoring corporate actions such as mergers, dividend payments and detachments.
- Responding to requests from accounting teams, clients and other contacts through JIRAH or email.

Within CACEIS FA, Master Data Services brings together reference data administration functions for the Group. Data Management specializes in maintaining databases covering security characteristics, prices, corporate actions and portfolios.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ideally Bac +4/+5 in finance, management or accounting.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Experience in UCITS accounting and/or knowledge of financial data providers is a plus.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial environment and its instruments.
- Strong interest in numbers and IT tools such as Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of VBA and SQL would be an advantage.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, teamwork and communication skills.
- Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, flexible, reliable and methodical.
- Professional English is essential.
Good knowledge of databases and office tools, including Microsoft Office, is required.
