Job description
The Data Management Services department of CACEIS is recruiting a Data Officer (Data Administrator) within its Data Management Entities team, which manages third-party, client and account reference data.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the onboarding process for new clients in collaboration with Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers.
- Collect information required to populate third-party, client and account reference systems.
- Enter and update information daily in dedicated databases.
- Monitor relationships with existing clients within the relevant area of responsibility.
- Update the client repository for specific projects, including bulk updates and exceptional database-cleaning activities.
- Check the consistency, quality and security of data in the reference systems.
- Carry out specific control activities.
- Convert identified anomalies into operational requests for creation, modification or closure.
- Perform assigned testing as part of ongoing projects.
- Act as the daily contact for other departments regarding client data.
Department
CACEIS provides asset management companies and institutional investors with products and services that allow them to outsource support functions and focus on their core business. Within CACEIS FA, the Master Data Services Operations department brings together all functions related to reference-data administration for the Group.
Data Management specialises in populating and maintaining databases containing security, prices, corporate actions and portfolio data.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree in finance, equivalent to Bac +4/5.
- Four to five years of experience in operations management.
- Professional English is essential.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
- Rigour and analytical ability.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Comfortable with databases and office tools, including Microsoft Office.
