Tasks

• Requirements Engineering and Documentation: Gather, analyze, specify, and validate business needs through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Assess current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization, developing solutions to streamline operations.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams, supporting implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all organizational levels, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct systems analytics, create financial models, perform variance analysis, and develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Analysis and Interpretation: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and identify trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide ongoing reports and actionable insights.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with management and other teams to identify process improvement opportunities, recommend system modifications, and develop data governance policies.
• Problem Solving: Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that help businesses make informed decisions, uncover opportunities, and optimize operations.

Qualifications

B.Tech, CS, or equivalent.
