Job Description

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Noida

Engineering graduate, preferably B.E. or B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.

• Work in a security operations environment or IT operations environment such as a data centre, SOC, or NOC.
• Ensure threats in customer environments are detected and notified in a timely manner.
• Apply a good understanding of the MITRE Framework.
• Review incidents to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and feedback to Security Analysts.
• Identify and execute continuous improvements in monitoring, threat scenarios, and operating procedures.
• Interact with customers regarding service deliverables, queries, and improvements.
• Contribute to MSSP services.
• Perform root cause analysis for errors or deficiencies in monitoring services.
• Review alerts for relevancy and urgency and create incident tickets.
• Maintain knowledge of the protection of personally identifiable information and GDPR.

Skills

• Very good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
• Good understanding of customer infrastructure components including proxies, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
• Technical capability to assist and guide Analysts.
• Hands-on understanding of SentinelOne IR, ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender, and CrowdStrike.
• Ability to learn new skills, adopt new technologies, and work collaboratively in an international context.
• Ability to work in complex environments with attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to analyse varied contexts and manage customer confidentiality.
• Knowledge of basic ITIL practices.

Qualifications

Engineering graduate, preferably B.E. or B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.

At least three preferred certifications from the following:

• AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
• SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
• BLT1: Blue Team Level 1
• CompTIA Security Analyst CySA+
