Job Description
Our client is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks. The candidate must be located in Ukraine and have the appropriate work permits.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Own and manage technical planning and execution of customer projects, including greenfield, swap, migration and software upgrade projects.
- Prepare the end-to-end high-level technical delivery plan, including products, applications and local third-party hardware and software requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the Statement of Work across technical domains.
- Contribute to ensuring feature specifications align with the defined reference architecture.
- Manage Domain Technical Managers and Architects.
- Own, resolve, report and escalate technical issues.
- Act as the main customer technical interface.
- Provide technical support to the Project Manager.
- Interface with R&D.

Desirable Experience
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, with an operator or provider
- 5+ years of experience with Nokia products and solutions
- 5+ years in a technical management position, focused on Packet Core, IMS or SDM
- Project Management qualification
Technical Knowledge
General end-to-end knowledge of 3GPP, 5G networks, call flows and interfaces within a telecommunications network is required. Experience with Nokia or equivalent operator solutions in areas such as CMG, CMM, NRD, CFX, NTAS, A-SBC, I-SBC, MRF, MGW, bMSS or vMSS is desirable.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification such as BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD or equivalent.
