Your Role
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team; manage workload, priorities, and performance.
- Oversee the full O2C process and ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level achievement.
- Manage escalations involving key customers, complex orders, credit issues, and delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics, and plants to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization.
- Ensure documentation quality, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies.
Your Profile
- Good command of spoken and written English and German, with a minimum B2 level.
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Order Management, Procurement, or O2C.
- Leadership experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash roles.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of O2C, SAP SD, and international commercial processes.
- Ability to motivate teams, drive improvements, and manage high-impact situations effectively.
