Your role
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues.
- Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals.
- Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues.
- Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes.
- Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.
Your profile
- Good command of spoken and written English and German, minimum B2 level.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Management.
- Strong O2C, SAP SD, and international trade expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and support team development.
- High ownership, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
