About the role

HEINEKEN UK is looking for a Customer Development Manager to join its field sales team covering the Leeds and Greater Leeds region. You will grow HEINEKEN’s presence across a variety of outlets, work closely with customers to boost brand visibility and commercial performance, develop strategic plans, and align with major marketing activations.

Key accountabilities

  • Deliver volume, revenue, profit and market share targets.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial agreements.
  • Offer insight-driven category and ranging advice.
  • Understand customer P&Ls and support business growth.
  • Strengthen HEINEKEN’s presence in the Leeds and Greater Leeds region.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with commercial drive, strong relationship-building skills and the curiosity to learn and grow. Experience in sales, account management or business development in any industry could be a great fit.

  • Frontline sales or commercial experience.
  • Comfort with numbers, pricing and P&Ls.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Energy, empathy and a collaborative spirit.
  • Openness to change and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • A full UK driving licence, which is essential for the role.

Ideally, you will have at least three months of professional driving experience. Full on-road driver training will be provided during your first few months if needed.
