Core Network Technical Project Manager - Subscriber & Policy

At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom solution delivery projects.

Your role

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set up and plan projects, including scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in design, integration, validation, and acceptance.
• Execute and control project delivery according to agreed plans.
• Identify, analyze, and manage technical risks and define mitigation actions.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and own project status reporting.
• Lead and support customer-facing technical activities.
• Act as the main technical interface with R&D teams.
• Review and validate key project documentation, including HLD, LLD, test strategies, ATP, and MOP.
• Coordinate test and acceptance activities.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in telecom software solution development and/or system integration.
• Understanding of end-to-end telecom solution delivery and complex, multi-domain application integration.
• Knowledge of Core Network elements such as HSS/HLR, SDL, AUSF/UDM, EIR, One-MNP, and One-NDS.
• Familiarity with mobile network architectures, VoLTE, IMS, Unix/Linux, databases, TCP/IP networking, telecom protocols, cloud, and virtualized architectures.
• Strong technical and team leadership, reporting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
