Core Network System Integrator - Subscriber & Policy

Your role
The role focuses on end-to-end integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Core Network solutions, with specific responsibility for the Subscriber, Signaling and Policy (SSP) domain. The System / Solution Integrator works closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful implementation, integration, and Go-Live of multi-node, multi-vendor telecom solutions across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
- Integrate and validate Core Network nodes, including HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, Policy systems, and SDL.
- Perform end-to-end solution integration and system interoperability testing.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and Go-Live activities.
- Troubleshoot complex signaling, subscriber, and policy-related issues.
- Contribute to automation, scripting, and operational support.
- Produce technical documentation and customer-facing reports.
- Collaborate in high-pressure delivery environments with a customer-oriented mindset.
Your profile
An experienced Telecom System Integrator with strong technical depth in Core Network architectures, signaling protocols, and cloud-native environments, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proven experience as a System Integrator or Solution Integrator in telecom environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in the SSP domain.
- Practical knowledge of 3GPP standards and 3G, 4G, and 5G architectures.
- Experience integrating HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, Policy Control systems, and SDL.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and telecom protocols including Diameter, HTTP/HTTP2, SIP, SOAP-XML, REST, SNMP, and SIGTRAN.
- Experience with VNF and CNF architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack, and OpenShift.
- Strong Unix/Linux skills.
- Experience with Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle SQL, or other multi-database environments.
- Hands-on scripting experience with Shell, Python, Perl, and/or Ansible.
