As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving selling efforts and customer relationships in Converse stores through excellent customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow.

Responsibilities
- Create a fun, energetic environment for customers.
- Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards.
- Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product-flow opportunities.
- Maintain a basic understanding of footwear, apparel and accessories.
- Support superior standards for store cleanliness and safety.
- Act in accordance with store policies and procedures.
- Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with Converse attendance and retail conduct expectations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to perform retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking, retrieving and merchandising products, and unloading shipments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic retail math and computer skills.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
The initial hourly rate for this position is €10.59.
