Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for customers.
• Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards.
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities.
• Maintain a basic understanding of footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Support superior standards around store cleanliness and safety.
• Act in accordance with store policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with Converse expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Able to perform retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking, retrieving, merchandising and unloading shipments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic retail math and computer skills.
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
