Converse Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving selling efforts and customer relationships in Converse stores through excellent customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for customers.
• Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards.
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product-flow opportunities.
• Maintain a basic understanding of footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Support superior standards for store cleanliness and safety.
• Act in accordance with store policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with Converse attendance and retail conduct expectations.

Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to perform retail-floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic retail mathematics and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on store needs.

The initial annual base salary for this position is €24,900.00.
