Tasks

Management of Contract Activation/Execution

Responsible for contract approval, including new, used, demo, succession, and refinance contracts, by confirming financial conditions and necessary documentation.
Approve or reject exceptional cases in accordance with internal policy.
Finalize disbursement requests for vehicle costs, IDC disbursement requests for PCISD refinance refunds, and succession fee receipt requests for the Contract Management team.

Process and System Enhancement

Proactively participate in contract activation projects and conduct testing in a timely manner.
Control and manage issues and incidents by creating change requests or incident reports for resolution and enhancement.
Promptly handle exceptional cases, escalate them for decision-making, and close each case.

Efficient Communication

Lead clear and efficient communication with relevant internal teams regarding cut-off times and new guideline implementation.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with FM to obtain the necessary documentation for contract activation.
Closely monitor agency tasks to avoid blockers and communicate with team members.

Support Team Tasks

Support CSI/DSI activities to increase customer and sales satisfaction.
Support team tasks when necessary.

Qualifications

Four-year university education.
At least three years of auto finance industry experience preferred.
Experience in financial operations.
Financial knowledge.
Good understanding of the IT system development process.
Business-level English proficiency.
Problem-solving skills.
Communication skills.
