We are looking for a Technical Lead to lead industrial digitalization projects focused on Industrial IoT, sensors, automation, energy efficiency, decarbonization and industrial safety. The ideal candidate combines a technical background in industrial environments with solid experience managing complex projects, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder coordination in multidimensional or matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from scope definition through implementation and follow-up.
• Coordinate Industrial IoT, sensor and automation solutions to improve operations and optimize processes.
• Manage energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.
• Lead projects involving operator protection, industrial safety and plant improvement.
• Supervise solutions using temperature, pressure, flow, steam and condensate sensors.
• Evaluate or deploy technologies such as WirelessHART, NFC and XR or remote assistance.
• Ensure compliance with industrial regulations and standards, including ATEX environments.
• Manage planning, risks, budgets, resources, suppliers, KPIs and reporting.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments.
• Manage stakeholders across business, operations, engineering, maintenance, HSE, procurement and technology.
• Use SAP for project management, cost control, operational coordination and reporting where applicable.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager in industrial or technology environments.
• Experience with Industrial IoT, sensors, automation or industrial digitalization projects.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols, ideally WirelessHART.
• Experience with temperature, pressure, flow, steam and condensate sensors.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability or decarbonization.
• Familiarity with NFC and XR or remote assistance projects.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and applicable regulations; ATEX is highly valued.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional work in multidimensional organizations.
• Experience using SAP in projects.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Advanced English.
• PMP certification is valued.
