About the Architecture Team
The Architecture team within Amplify is a rapidly expanding and strategically important capability within Atos UK Consulting. The team provides technology strategy and roadmaps, enterprise architecture, target architectures, solution design, and technical ownership through delivery.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect Consultant with 5–6 years of experience to join the Architecture practice. The role combines client architecture advisory, solution design, and technical delivery accountability across complex digital transformation programmes.
You will design solutions that can be successfully implemented within client contexts, solve complex problems in ambiguous environments, work confidently in regulated industries, and engage senior stakeholders with clarity and authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams, shape solution architectures, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to practice growth.
- Design and deliver solutions on hyperscaler platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering applications, cloud, and integration architectures, including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Apply knowledge of AI concepts, architectures, and integration patterns, including Agentic AI, MLOps, and data pipelines.
- Apply security and compliance requirements to solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct hypothesis-led analysis with clients.
- Deliver digital transformation programmes using waterfall and agile methods.
- Resolve complex technical challenges while balancing architectural purity with delivery constraints.
Additional Requirements
- UK mobility with regular client-site engagement.
- Security clearance at SC or BPSS level, or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance.
- Experience with TOGAF or equivalent and ArchiMate modelling.
- Public sector delivery experience or experience in a regulated industry.
