The Role
Atos Amplify is our new brand within the marketplace, and we are looking for experienced consultants to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading medium-sized client engagements and workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery
- Assessing business, digital, or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change
- Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations
- Designing and implementing a target operating model
- Client reporting, workshop facilitation, and proactive management of client stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing go-to-market, proposition development, and business development
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the consulting sector, including a Manager-equivalent role in another consulting firm
- Value proposition and strategic driver analysis
- Operating model design
- Organisational design
- Value stream mapping and process redesign
- Roadmap and business case development
- Project and programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they affect strategy and operating models
Additional Requirements
- UK mobility with regular client-site engagement
- Security clearance (SC/BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
