Consulting Manager - Strategy & Operating Model

Atos Amplify is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager - Strategy & Operating Model to join its growing team of global consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized client engagements and workstreams, managing day-to-day delivery.
• Assess business, digital or IT operating environments and develop cases for change.
• Use data and insights to develop robust recommendations.
• Design and implement target operating models.
• Provide client reporting, facilitate workshops and proactively manage client stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market, proposition development and business development activities.

Skills and experience

• Previous consulting-sector experience at Manager equivalent level.
• Value proposition and strategic driver analysis.
• Operating model and organisational design.
• Value stream mapping and process redesign.
• Roadmap and business case development.
• Project and programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and their impact on strategy and operating models.

Additional requirements

• UK mobility with regular client-site engagement.
• Security clearance (SC/BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance.
