The Role

Atos Amplify is looking for experienced consultants to join its growing team. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading medium-sized client engagements and workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery
• Assessing business, digital, or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change
• Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations
• Designing and implementing target operating models
• Preparing client reports, facilitating workshops, and proactively managing client stakeholders
• Supporting ongoing go-to-market, proposition development, and business development

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in the consulting sector, at Manager equivalent level in other consulting firms
• Value proposition and strategic driver analysis
• Operating model design
• Organisational design
• Value stream mapping and process redesign
• Roadmap and business case development
• Project and programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and their effect on strategy and operating models

Additional Requirements

• UK mobility with regular client-site engagement
• Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
