The Role
As a Consulting Industry Partner for Public Services, you will drive business development, sales and technology solutions for clients. You will help secure and expand customer and industry influence while anchoring and growing Atos Amplify’s consulting capability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and sales of AI-driven solutions for the public services industry.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client community on Amplify offerings and solutions.
- Own the commercial proposition and drive growth of the industry and Amplify.
- Lead proposal development end to end, including solution shaping, narrative writing, win theme development and submission management.
- Coach and support deployed consultants throughout delivery to maintain quality and client confidence.
- Act as a delivery assurance resource where required, including intervention on at-risk engagements.
Candidate profile
- Strong management consulting background.
- Proven track record with public services.
- Growth mindset and strong client relationships.
- Self-starter able to hit the ground running.
- Comfortable across strategy and delivery in technology consulting.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to engaging customers and the wider industry landscape.
- Proven big deals experience and ability to shape and own large consulting-led programmes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Genuinely collaborative approach.
- Willingness to contribute directly to all aspects of securing and delivering business.
SC clearance eligibility is desirable.
