Consultant - Architecture & Transformation

As part of the development of our consulting activities, we are looking for an IT Enterprise Architect to join the Consulting & Advisory Department.

Main tasks

• Participate in the development of clients' IT strategic plans.
• Help define the IS reference architecture framework.
• Support clients with modern architectures, including microservices, APIs, and cloud.
• Analyse the impact of new solutions on the information system and propose necessary changes.
• Act as the main point of contact for projects to ensure compliance with architecture norms and standards.
• Support experts with IT architecture audits and reviews.

Additional responsibilities for experienced consultants

• Develop strategic IT plans for clients.
• Define a reference IT architecture framework and support its adoption within transformation programs and projects.
• Act as an agent of change, reconciling business challenges with technical constraints.
• Ensure compliance with architecture norms and standards within the IT department.
• Conduct architecture audits and reviews on critical or innovative projects and propose pragmatic development plans.

Consultant profile

• Proven experience in management or IT consulting, including complex client relationships in large-scale environments.
• Strong command of enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate, and ideally HOPEX.
• Ability to understand the business problem behind a client's request.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining architectural trade-offs to both financial executives and technical leads.
• Strategic vision and the ability to maintain a roadmap across complex systems landscapes.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel to France.
