Your Role

• Support and maintain Core CS and IMS platforms, ensuring service availability, stability and performance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on voice, signalling and subscriber management services.
• Support software upgrades, network changes and maintenance activities.
• Participate in the implementation, validation and acceptance of new functionalities and platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and engineering guidelines.
• Coordinate activities with Operations teams, vendors and engineering teams.
• Support the resolution of complex technical incidents and recurring issues.
• Contribute to network evolution, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English within a technical environment.
• Experience with Core Network platforms including HLR, HSS/HSS-FE, CUDB, UDM, UDR, AuC, EIR and DNS.
• Knowledge of IMS and Voice Core technologies including CSCF, MTAS, MGW, MGC, MRF and Media Server.
• Knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP, SBC and STP for signalling and interconnect.
• Experience with Ericsson and/or Huawei Core Network platforms.
