Salary: From £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

HEINEKEN UK is looking for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join the Star Pubs team. Reporting to the Compliance Team Manager, you will support compliance with relevant Pubs Code requirements across the regions.

Responsibilities include issuing and tracking Pub Packs and Guest Beer Agreements, managing MRO requests, providing information to tenants and prospective tenants under England and Wales regulation and the Scottish Pubs Code, and managing internal and external service-level agreements.

You will work with field-based, Real Estate, Pub Operations and Licensee Attraction colleagues, monitor progress, identify risks and improve processes and ways of working.

What we’re looking for

• Understanding of the Pubs Code and/or regulatory compliance.
• Experience working within compliance processes and maintaining end-to-end adherence to requirements.
• Confidence using Appian, Business Central, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to organise and interpret complex information and produce clear reporting and insight.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and time-critical regulatory deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of deadlines, plan workloads and escalate risks or conflicts early.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• A diligent and thorough approach to tracking, record keeping and audit requirements.
• Willingness to improve processes, contribute to change and learn.

Working arrangements

HEINEKEN UK operates a hybrid framework. Full-time roles require a minimum of three office days per week, including Tuesday and Thursday, with the third day defined by the colleague.
