Coach - Team Operations, Nike Manawa Bay

NIKE, Inc. is looking for an Operations Coach (Manager) to provide above-and-beyond service and oversee operational aspects at Nike Manawa Bay in Auckland.

What you will work on

• Ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, and adhere to cash management standards.
• Assist the store to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead, coach, drive and inspire the Operations team.
• Drive operational excellence, including Facilities Management, HR and Loss Prevention programs, and break room communications.
• Focus on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results.
