The Store People & Culture Business Partner role is at the forefront of driving the company’s people strategy and purpose within our stores.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Store Manager(s), accountable for the People & Culture strategy and purpose for all in-store colleagues.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the retail management team and in-store People & Culture team, providing strategic and consultative functional advice.
• Coach and develop retail management teams to deliver high performance through engaged and developed colleagues.
• Be responsible for governance of people policy, process and practice, including adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements in store.
• Role model Primark values and behaviours, helping create an environment that delivers an amazing colleague and customer experience.

What you’ll bring

• Proven HR professional experience from a comparable background.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, customers and a high colleague headcount.
• Problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills, together with a high level of commercial acumen.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to challenge, engage and inspire at all levels.

Salary: £Competitive plus bonus and medical benefit, with 27 days annual leave and pension.

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday. On site.
