CLIENT OPERATIONS OFFICER – TRANSFER AGENT - FUND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES H/F

Within the Fund Distribution Services department, as a Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) you will be responsible for processing investor orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and conversions, within defined deadlines and for pre-advising fund managers.

You will be the main point of contact for clients and investors, handling their requests and ensuring high-quality service.

Main responsibilities

• Checking and processing orders on fund units
• Capturing orders received by fax
• Performing first-level operational controls
• Ensuring NAVs are received and orders are correctly executed
• Responding to investor queries and managing KYC-related matters in coordination with investor KYC teams in Luxembourg
• Processing and monitoring outstanding items on securities and cash
• Responding to management company requests
• Monitoring fund events, including dividends, mergers, liquidations and capital increases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in fund distribution, transfer agency or a similar field
• Proactive and flexible
• Organized, with the ability to manage daily deadlines
• Strong team spirit and resilience to stress
• Good understanding of the investment funds environment
• Good command of standard Office tools
• Ideally, experience with CACEIS Transfer Agent tools, including COMET, HOLDING, BCT and OST DIV
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written; German would be an asset

Contract and working arrangements

• Fixed-term contract
• Duration: 9 months
• Starting date: 01/10/2026
• Occasional remote work
• No management responsibilities
