What is the opportunity?

Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe.

Reporting to the Manager, MDS Pricing team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of security pricing valuation. You will support the global business for 8 working hours a day. Shift hours are rotational and start between 7:00am MYT and 12:00pm MYT.

What will you do?

• Deliver portfolio securities valuation for fund administration, including security pricing, FX and interest rates, stale price analysis, customer support and EUCs updates.
• Provide global servicing from the operating location, including shifts and work on bank, legal holidays and weekends when required.
• Keep statistics up to date, including the daily team checklist.
• Maintain organizational relationships with management.
• Ensure effective resolution of enquiries.
• Escalate issues and problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of different investment instrument types.
• Banking operations experience with basic static data knowledge.
• Experience in an operations environment.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of data vendors such as Bloomberg, Telekurs, FTID or Reuters.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA.
• English language skills.
