Atos is seeking a senior banking industry professional with 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, banking or professional services. The ideal candidate will have held senior account or consulting leadership roles, preferably in a Big Four firm or similar organization.

Experience

• Experience leading or playing a significant role in complex transformation programs or streams with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Background in Data & AI, GenAI and agentic AI, cloud, application modernization, automation or enterprise platforms.
• Sector knowledge across retail banking, corporate banking, payments, risk, fraud, compliance, digital channels, data, CIB, core banking, operations and technology architecture.
• Understanding of regulatory and resilience challenges, including DORA, NIS2, the AI Act, GDPR, security, sovereignty and third-party control.
• Banking architecture vision and the ability to connect business processes and challenges with technology, risk and economic value.

Capabilities

• Proven track record generating demand, leading proposals, contributing to commercial wins and managing C-level relationships.
• Ability to build a pipeline autonomously, anticipate RFPs, develop business cases and convert workshops into opportunities.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, high-quality document preparation and committee presentation skills.
