About the role
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. This role designs and implements new business and operating models and helps organizations prepare for an AI-enabled future.
You will join the Business Technology team, aligning with the CIO agenda and helping organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. The work focuses on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, enterprise transformation, cloud strategy, AI architecture and CIO advisory.
Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI-enabled transformation. You will partner with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value-driven strategies and translate architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy and operating model design
- Facilitate workshops with CIO, CTO and CISO leaders
- Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value
- Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies
- Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches
- Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines
Skills and experience
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You collaborate across strategy, technology, data and design, with an understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security and governance.
- 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture or management consulting
- Strong foundation in platform strategy, enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps
- Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications
- Fluency with the AI landscape and practical enablement approaches and guardrails
- Executive-ready communication and strong client presence
- Comfort owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments
Compensation and benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $100,500–$189,890. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses or commissions.
