Chief Function Owner (After Sales) - 12V Battery

Tasks

Requirements and skills:

• Understanding of connected systems (telematics), EZS, power net (12V battery), and head unit
• Knowledge of diagnostic protocols, including onboard/offboard UDS and DoIP
• Knowledge of simulation tools such as CANoe and ET Framework
• Good knowledge of flashing processes and debugging skills using DTS9
• Knowledge of HiL setups
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Understanding of hardware environmental requirements and tests
• Incident management experience
• Experience with system testing of automotive products
• Good knowledge of electronic/electrical vehicle architecture
• Stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of vehicle logs and offboard and onboard topics

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and business partners to ideate software solutions
• Define functional and technical requirements for the specific system in line with company goals and industry standards
• Cooperate with internal and external software and hardware teams, project managers, and carline validation teams to integrate the function
• Implement feature rollout plans, track delivery milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Lead integration, testing, and validation processes, and take ultimate responsibility for function release approval
• Lead top issue tracking, analysis, and technical troubleshooting throughout feature development
• Conduct quality testing before and after deployment in vehicles
• Establish continuous monitoring solution availability
• Participate in innovation and continuous improvement activities
• Apply problem-solving skills and propose solutions quickly for field and test-bench issues
• Communicate and work effectively within teams

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent background
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a HiL or SiL setup
