The Risk and Permanent Controls Department contributes to managing LCL's development by framing, controlling, and mitigating risks arising from the bank's activities in line with its strategic plan. It relies on seven areas of expertise to manage and oversee risks across the bank's businesses.

Within a team dedicated to LCL's Corporate Market, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development and improvement of risk management tools and indicators for the Corporate Market, including their monitoring and communication to governance bodies.
  • Writing sector and portfolio studies in collaboration with specialist teams, including sector relationship managers, Crédit Agricole Group Economic Studies, and sector contacts at CACIB, for broad presentation within the Corporate and Institutional Banking division and to Credit Analysts in the Risk Department.
  • Participating in the implementation and management of projects, particularly regulatory projects, within LCL's Corporate Market.
  • Working alongside the Front Office to develop and present LCL's Corporate risk frameworks, including the overall risk framework, real estate, and leveraged finance, to the Crédit Agricole Group Risk Department.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate) or equivalent.
  • Training in university, business school, engineering school, or ITB.
  • Knowledge of the Corporate Market, including sectors, products, and financing types.
  • 3–5 years of experience.
  • Critical thinking, rigor, reliability, analytical, writing, synthesis, organizational, planning, and dialogue skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
