Chargé d'études et projet H/F

The Risk and Permanent Controls Department (RCP) contributes to managing LCL’s development by overseeing, managing and controlling risks arising from the bank’s activities in line with its strategic plan. It relies on seven areas of expertise to manage and steer risks across the bank’s businesses.

Within a dedicated team serving LCL’s Corporate market, you will:

• Help build and improve risk management tools and indicators for the Corporate market, and monitor and communicate them to governance bodies.
• Write sector and portfolio studies in collaboration with specialist teams, including sector advisory bankers, Crédit Agricole Group Economic Research and CACIB sector contacts, for presentation across the Corporate and Institutional Banking division and to Credit Analysts within the Risk Department.
• Participate in the implementation and management of projects, particularly regulatory projects, within LCL’s Corporate market.
• Work alongside the Front Office to develop and present LCL Corporate risk frameworks, including the overall risk framework, real estate and leveraged finance, to the Crédit Agricole Group Risk Department.

Education and specialization: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent); university, business school, engineering school or ITB training. Knowledge of the Corporate market, including sectors, products and financing types.

Experience: 3–5 years.

Skills: Critical thinking, rigor and reliability; analytical, writing and summarization skills; organizational and planning abilities; communication skills.

IT tools: Microsoft Office and Power BI.
