Job description
Within our Banking Services department, you will join the OTC Collateral Management team, which is responsible for covering counterparty risks arising from derivatives activities for clients of all entities in the CACEIS Group.
As a Collateral Management Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating daily margin calls and monthly interest calculations with counterparties.
- Detecting, analysing and monitoring discrepancies identified during reconciliations.
- Monitoring the settlement of cash and securities flows.
- Monitoring and reconciling the valuation of OTC products provided by the Pricing team in Protocoll, the collateral calculation system for VM, IM and IA.
- Generating and distributing daily Collateral Management reports to clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining daily contact with managers, accounting teams, internal or external custodians, asset management companies' middle offices and counterparties.

As part of the finalisation of the recruitment process, the shortlisted candidate will be required to provide Luxembourg criminal record certificate number 3, or an equivalent document for non-residents, issued less than three months earlier.

Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, specialising in market finance or asset management.
- Initial operational experience in securities services, ideally with knowledge of derivatives.
- Knowledge of derivatives and collateral management and calculation.
- Knowledge of investment fund activities is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, rigour, organisation and prioritisation.
- Responsiveness, resilience under stress and clear communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access (SQL); knowledge of SAS is an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
