Casual Retail Professional - NEW Factory Outlet in Galleria, WA

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new store and being a part of adidas' retail expansion in Australia?

We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional to join our team on a casual basis and open a brand new Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth.

If you're an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and you'd love to work for a global brand, then we are looking for you.

Key responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations in a fast-paced selling environment.
• Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
• Represent the adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
