Main Objectives of job

Treasury Cash Management Standards & Services for Europe:

• Manage signatories for bank operations and online banking access in accordance with company policies for group entities.
• Maintain and regularly update FATCA, fax indemnity, SSI, and related documentation with banks.
• Understand approval processes and ensure the correct workflows are followed.
• Support workflow automation.
• Understand and implement policy changes in these areas.

Technical skills

• Hands-on knowledge of banking operations.
• Hands-on skills with tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management experience driving treasury automation and optimization projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in the finance domain, especially operations and compliance.
• Deep understanding of fraud-related risks, internal controls in finance, and segregation of duties.
• Hands-on experience driving digital initiatives and a passion for technology and automation.
• Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
• Presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
