The Strategy and Transformation Consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products. The role designs and implements new business and operating models, develops customer insights and organizational knowledge, and helps bring organizations of the future to life.

Capgemini Invent’s Workforce & Organization capability helps organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working by aligning strategy, talent, culture, and technology. The team is evolving its consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI.

Your role

  • Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans.
  • Develop communications and engagement materials, including toolkits, messaging, and FAQs.
  • Support training planning, content development, and enablement execution.
  • Track adoption metrics and feedback and synthesize insights into actions.
  • Support change network operations and governance cadences.
  • Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards.
  • Support organizational change strategy, leadership and culture initiatives, technology transformations, stakeholder engagement, AI adoption, and workforce transformation programs.

Skills and experience

  • Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
  • Ability to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
  • Experience working in AI-augmented ways to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
  • Collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design, with an understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
  • 2–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting and facilitating.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in fast-moving programs.
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks, adoption measurement, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong collaboration across business and technology teams.

Compensation and benefits

The base compensation range is $67,500–$127,500, depending on legally permitted factors such as location, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. The role may also be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
